The rubbers are thick and good quality, but the back rubber started to peel off on the edge after 3 days for both rackets we started using. They didn’t continue to peel off more, so it doesn’t affect usage. I am not sure if that’s normal – but wish it was more sturdy.

For the price, this set is hard to beat. With moderate play, I’d expect the paddles to last maybe a year. Unfortunately, the paddles are rather uncomfortable. I find them uncomfortable to play with for more than a few minutes. I’ll probably return them for a different set.

We have been playing with them for about a week now and they are holding up really well. The strike surface is very sticky and allows you to put some heavy spin on the ball.
